EPA has announced that it will be considering revisions to selected portions of the Effluent Limitations Guidelines and Standards for the Construction and Development Point Source Category. This action will address revisions to the effluent guidelines and standards for the construction and development point source category 40 CFR 450. The C&D rule was issued on December 1, 2009 and became effective on February 1, 2010. EPA plans to revise several of the non-numeric portions of the rule in response to litigation.
