Overview: Caltha LLP was retained by this chemical manufacturer to prepare an Integrated Contingency Plan which combined their existing SPCC Plan with a new RCRA Hazardous Waste Contingency Plan. The plant had recently become regulated as a large quantity generator (LQG) and was required to prepare and implement a spill plan that included hazardous waste spills.
Caltha prepared an Integrated Contingency Plan using the US EPA “One Plan” format.
