Overview: Caltha LLP was retained by this national bank to address potential vapor intrusion risks identified in a Tier I Vapor Encroachment Screening Assessment conducted in accordance with ASTM Standard E2600-10. Potential vapor sources were identified within the specified search distance. Subslab soil vapor samples were collected in accordance with MPCA and US EPA guidelines. All concentrations were found to be below MPCA soil vapor intrusion screening values for commercial/industrial uses. No further investigation was required.
