Overview: Caltha LLP conducted soil sampling at the client property. Historical records suggested the possibility for surface soil impacts due to past uses of the property for auto repair and as a railroad corridor. Soil samples were collected and analyzed for persistent chemicals associated with these past uses. Results were compared to established risk-based soil standards.
